As the federal capital, Berlin has many surprises in store for us as planners – did you know that an association operating on a national level can be classified as an administration under planning law? This allowed us to replace a poorly lit old building in the immediate vicinity of the BND by a modern office building – with large glass surfaces and flooded with sunlight.
