On behalf of JP Morgan, we prepared the leasing of the GSW high-rise. For this purpose, we prepared studies for all parts of the building – from allocation planning of individual floors, in open-plan and individual office configurations, to the canteen and gym, all the way to the redesign of the entrance and lobby – no part was neglected.
