Even if it sounds well-worn: our buildings are always bespoke. Whether materials, forms or style – OOW architecture is shaped entirely by its later use and the wishes of the residents. Our task: we coax out of every space what makes it special, as shown for instance in the interplay of the Prussian cap vaults and the timber cocoon in a Berlin loft, a former factory floor. We understand high-end design as an exclusive composition – perfectly attuned and planned through down to the last detail, be it in colour, materials or light.

This is also why we plan and design extensively – and, above all, earlier than most architects – with digital visualisations. With the help of computer programmes, we can render spaces three-dimensionally – and in photorealistic quality. This allows us as architects, but also investors, clients or future users, to see how the spaces will one day feel, for example at different times of day
