Der Auftrag war von Beginn an kompromisslos: \u201eWir lieben den Beton und w\u00fcnschen uns ein Haus das sich auf das n\u00f6tigste beschr\u00e4nkt\u2018. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sollte m\u00f6glichst alles an Besitz seinen st\u00e4ndigen Stauraum haben, f\u00fcr ein meditatives Sein ohne Ablenkung. Diese geradezu asketischen Vorgaben hat OOW umgesetzt in visuelle Ruhe, Kontrolle und in handwerklicher Pr\u00e4zision, ohne K\u00fchl zu wirken.<\/p>

Minimalismus erfordert auch Geschick in der Umsetzung \u2013 so hat einziger Tischler Wandverkleidungen, T\u00fcren, Einbauten und M\u00f6bel nach den 1:1- Detailzeichnungen von OOW gefertigt: durchlaufende Schattenfugen, grifflose \u00d6ffnungen \u00fcber Eingriffsfugen und feine Lederlaschen sowie eine fl\u00e4chenb\u00fcndige Dreht\u00fcr, die exakt mit der Glaswand des Treppenhauses fluchtet und in einer Nische verschwindet.<\/p>

Licht wird dabei wie ein weiteres Material geplant – die LED-B\u00e4nder mit hohem Farbwiedergabeindex liegen unsichtbar in der feinen Fuge zwischen Wand und Decke und verdeckt hinter der Treppenwange die dadurch skulptural erscheint \u2014 dimmbar, bewusst ohne Smart-Home-Automation, geschaltet per Taster. Das Ergebnis ist ruhig und entschieden zugleich: Kanten zeichnen, Fl\u00e4chen lesen sich klar, das Treppenhaus wird zum verbindenden Elementund verbindet die Ebenen mit leiser Dramatik.<\/p>

Die Materialien sind reduziert, nicht reduktiv. Der rohe Sichtbeton \u2014 von den Bauherren geliebt \u2014 definiert die galeriehafte Tonalit\u00e4t. Ein hell geschliffener Marmor-Terrazzo steigert wirkt Edel und erweist sich dennoch im Alltag als robust. Die K\u00fcche tritt hinter hellgrauen, lackierten Paneelen zur\u00fcck: alle Ger\u00e4te sind unsichtbar, sogar der Backofen wird durch eine abnehmbare Sonderblende vollst\u00e4ndig verdeckt.<\/p>

Die Akustik \u2014 klassischer Schwachpunkt minimalistischer R\u00e4ume \u2014 ist unsichtbar mitgedacht. Wandpaneele h\u00e4ngen vor Trockenbauw\u00e4nden; im Zwischenraum baut sich Schallenergie ab. Der Raum klingt so gelassen, wie er aussieht.<\/p>

Im Obergeschoss wird die strenge Zonierung zu geordneter Offenheit. Ein raumhoher Spiegel erdet die begehbare Garderobe; eine fl\u00e4chenb\u00fcndige Pivot-T\u00fcr setzt die Linie der Treppenhausverglasung fort und verschwindet ge\u00f6ffnet elegant in der Wandnische. Im Bad steht die Materialit\u00e4t im Mittelpunkt: eine ma\u00dfgefertigte Betonwanne, mit weicher und schmeichelnder Oberfl\u00e4che (Acrylgas Schalung) gegossen, mit Bienenwachs versiegelt \u2014 ein Making-of-Video von OOW dokumentiert den Prozess.
