This fine project came about in connection with our studies for Sirius Properties – we knew Koebcke as a provider of printing services, still from our time at the Berlin office of Foster + Partners.
We liked the fact that Koebcke had also mapped out the internal organisation during the planning stage – every step of the work is represented.
With the design we also anticipated many concepts that are now becoming popular with the rise of co-working – the flexible, modern way of working was implemented in a bold way here.
Design option with remnants from the printing business
“Koebcke turns plain paper and ink into magnificent printed products. As architects, we essentially do the same thing: We put simple things together to create fantastic spaces.”
